The Cubes is part of a large commercial centre and offers grocery shopping (Dunnes Stores and Aldi), restaurants, gym and other services all within minutes of your front door.
The location is within a very short walk of most of the commercial companies based in Sandyford so for corporate lets the location is ideal.
The Luas (light rail system) is just a 5 minute walk away making access to the city very straightforward (25 minute journey on the Luas).
Dundrum is a little over 5 minutes on the Luas. Here there is a multitude of shops, restaurants, bars and many other attractions including multi screen cinema.

The charge for utilities is €10 per day (gas, electricity and internet)
Cots and highchairs must be pre-ordered.
Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit of €150 must be paid to the supervisor/caretaker on arrival.
The deposit will be refunded once the supervisor is satisfied that the terms and conditions of rental have been compiled with.
It is expected that the homes be left in a clean & tidy condition on departing.
All rubbish should be gathered and stored in suitable plastic bags.
Failure to leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition may result in the loss of security deposit.
When a rental is for longer than one week, cleaning of the house during rental must be requested from the on-site manager and a fee may apply.
