Storytellers Cottage is a holiday home situated in Upper Ballycotteen, approximately 3 miles from Doolin Village, County Clare

This is a beautiful thatch cottage in Doolin that has been modernized to a very high standard while retaining its old world charm and beauty.
It has stunning views out over the Atlantic to the Aran Islands.It is situated very close to the cliff walk between The Cliffs of Moher and Doolin.
There are plenty of restaurants and pubs playing Traditional Irish music.
The cottage is a short drive to Lahinch and the Burren so great base for exploring all the beauty of Co Clare along the Wild Atlantic Way.

A security deposit of €100 cash/ credit card must be paid per house on booking. The deposit will be refunded on/after departure once the local supervisor confirms the house(s) booked have been left in an acceptable condition.

Gas & Electricity Charges are not included in our rates. The charge is 10 Euro per night per house. All utilities are payable directly to the supervisor on departure.

Cleaning & Bed Linen
Final cleaning is included in the rental charge; we do ask that the house is left clean and tidy. Bed linen is supplied free of charge, towels are not supplied. Towels may be rented for €1.00 per person, please book at the time of rental.

Check-in is between 4:00pm - 6:00pm, Check-out is no later than 10:00am.
Pet Policy

Aillwee Cave
Located in The Burren, Ballyvaughan. Opening hours are 10am to 6.30pm which is the time of the last guided tour. Tours run every 15-20 minutes. Stroll through the caves, over bridge chasms and weird formations. See the amazing waterfalls including a frozen waterfall and explore the hibernation cambers of brown bears that once lived in Ireland.
Bunratty Castle & Folk Park, Bunratty, Co.Clare
Opening times 9.00am to 5.30pm last admission to the castle 4pm and last admission to the folk park 4.15pm. An authentic medieval fortress with an amazing collection of medieval furniture. Enjoy exploring the castle and Folk Park. Also a beautiful walled garden that has been restored to its former glory and is one of the best gardens in Ireland to visit.
Cliffs of Moher
Admission Adult 6euro under 16 free and senior citizen/student/disabled visitor 4 euro.
Irelands most visited natural attraction. Eco friendly visitor centre is set into the hillside and offers an all-weather experience. Stunning views of Atlantic coastline along 600m of pathways. Enjoy food at the Puffins nest and The long dock restaurant.
The beautiful beach sweeps past the town and creates waves for surfing. It lends a lovely backdrop to one of the finest golf courses in Europe as well.
The Burren
The burren is 350 sq meters of limestone plateau in North Clare. The rough, intriguing and amazing landscape was formed 320 million years ago. It was later shaped by ice, hard weather and of course man. It has natural beauty that is a must see in Clare.
It is a small coastal town located on the rugged West coast of county Clare. The town is particularly popular Irish seaside resort. Kilkee and the Loop Head Peninsula has breath-taking scenic walks and stunning sea cliff panoramic views as well as all other amenities that are available in the area.
