We provide a fully furnished house with a Television, open file in the lounge and electric storage heating. Kitchens are fully fitted with Hob, fridge / freezer, microwave, utensils, dish washer, clothes washer / dryer, Iron and ironing board.

Location Details Glencar Waterfall
Glencar Waterfall is 50ft high and is situated in Glencar Lough, 11km west of Manorhamilton and served as an inspiration to William Butler Yeats and features in his poem 'The Stolen Child' The waterfall is really impressive sight after rain and can be viewed from a lovely wooded walk. There are other waterfalls here but this is by far the most beautiful. Onsite you will find a information kiosk and picnic facilities.

Moon River
Located in Carrick-on-Shannon, the Moon River offers the ultimate experience to the visitor travelling on the Shannon. You can enjoy this trip in all weathers as the viewing lounge is completely enclosed. The trip lasts about 1 hour on the Shannon and is a wonderful way to spend your time in Leitrim. An entertaining pilot will talk you through your trip on the Moon River explaining points of interest and folklore of the area while you sit back and relax, enjoying the scenery, coffee and a snack. Cavan Leitrim Railway
The Cavan & Leitrim Railway was one of the most fascinating and at one time busiest of Ireland's narrow-gauge railways. Now the restored railway brings you back to when our ancestors travelled through the untouched landscapes of Leitrim. There is a beautiful collections of steam, vintage, diesel trains and rolling stock to marvel at that brings you through the history of the Irish narrow gauge railway system.

Costello Chapel
The Costello Memorial Chapel is the smallest chapel in Europe and the 2nd smallest chapel in the world. It was built by Edward Costello as a memorial and burial vault for his wife in the 19th century. It is sixteen feet long, 12 feet wide and 30 feet high. Each side of the aisle holds a coffin lined with lead and covered with slabs of thick reinforced glass.

The Lough Allen Adventure centre offers a host of features from Kayaking to Hill walking. There truly is something for everyone at this Oasis of Fun. The activities available are Open Boating, hill walking, kayaking, windsurfing, expeditions, survival skills and adventure games.
