Cottage information
The charming romantic Kilshanny Milking Parlour has been brought up to date whilst retaining the key original features.
This cottage has been immaculately restored throughout to provide the perfect holiday accommodation for couples or friends and is sure to feel like a home from home the moment you walk through the door.
The sitting room has comfortable sofas on a beautiful wooden floor. Beautiful stain glass windows light up the room with fantastic views of the open countryside to the south.
The open plan kitchen and Living area has a modern feel and is fully equipped allowing you to sit down in comfort for your meals.
A door opens to the patio/garden; ideal to sit outside on the warmer days. There is one bedroom and a very spacious bathroom.

Kilshanny is centrally located and very near the villages of Doolin (2km), Ennistymon (4km), Kilfenora (4km), Lisdoonvarna(5km), Fanore (10km) and Ballyvaughan(15 kM).
Its great location means you get to enjoy the peace and quiet of the Irish countryside while still being a perfect base to discover all the beauty of Co Clare along the Wild Atlantic Way

A security deposit of €100 cash/ credit card must be paid per house on booking.
The deposit will be refunded on/after departure once the local supervisor confirms the house(s) booked have been left in an acceptable condition.
Utility Charges
Gas & Electricity Charges are not included in our rates. The charge is 10 euro per night per house. All utilities are payable directly to the supervisor on departure.

Final cleaning is included in the rental charge; we do ask that the house is left clean and tidy.

Check-in is between 4:00pm - 6:00pm, Check-out is no later than 10:00am.

Aillwee Cave
Located in The Burren, Ballyvaughan. Opening hours are 10am to 6.30pm which is the time of the last guided tour. Tours run every 15-20 minutes. Stroll through the caves, over bridge chasms and weird formations. See the amazing waterfalls including a frozen waterfall and explore the hibernation cambers of brown bears that once lived in Ireland.
Bunratty Castle & Folk Park, Bunratty, Co.Clare
Opening times 9.00am to 5.30pm last admission to the castle 4pm and last admission to the folk park 4.15pm. An authentic medieval fortress with an amazing collection of medieval furniture. Enjoy exploring the castle and Folk Park. Also a beautiful walled garden that has been restored to its former glory and is one of the best gardens in Ireland to visit.
Cliffs of Moher
Admission Adult 6euro under 16 free and senior citizen/student/disabled visitor 4 euro.
Irelands most visited natural attraction. Eco friendly visitor centre is set into the hillside and offers an all-weather experience. Stunning views of Atlantic coastline along 600m of pathways. Enjoy food at the Puffins nest and The long dock restaurant.
The beautiful beach sweeps past the town and creates waves for surfing. It lends a lovely backdrop to one of the finest golf courses in Europe as well.
The Burren
The burren is 350 sq meters of limestone plateau in North Clare. The rough, intriguing and amazing landscape was formed 320 million years ago. It was later shaped by ice, hard weather and of course man. It has natural beauty that is a must see in Clare.
It is a small coastal town located on the rugged West coast of county Clare. The town is particularly popular Irish seaside resort. Kilkee and the Loop Head Peninsula has breath-taking scenic walks and stunning sea cliff panoramic views as well as all other amenities that are available in the area.
FR Teds House
Located in beautiful valley with Slieve Na Glasha in North Clare. Visits are pre booking only by calling +353 87 921 4694. They provide a relaxed atmosphere and delicious home baking while relating the story of Fr Ted and the history of the house and locality. You can also arrange a guided tour of the farm with it rich heritage and traditions.
