This recently refurbished townhouse offers luxury self-catering accommodation for up to 5 guests.
On the ground floor there is a large living room with satellite TV, high-speed Wi-fi, comfortable sofa and chairs.
The spacious kitchen and dinner area is fully equipped with everything you could need during your stay.
There is a WC on the ground floor.
The bedrooms are all located on the first floor.

Located just off the N11, the apartment has easy access to both the Sandyford and Stillorgan commercial areas. It is an ideal location for any of the businesses in the area looking for short term rental accommodation for visiting delegates.
The city can also be accessed by bus with a bus stop just around the corner on the N11. This route goes directly past University College Dublin making it very convenient for visiting delegates.
Blackrock Village, Deansgrange and Cabinteely are also very easily accessed.

The charge for utilities is €10 per day (gas, electricity and internet) payable to the caretaker.

A refundable security deposit of €250 must be paid to the supervisor/caretaker on arrival. The deposit will be refunded once the supervisor is satisfied that the terms and conditions of rental have been compiled with. It is expected that the homes be left in a clean & tidy condition on departing. All rubbish should be gathered and stored in suitable plastic bags. Failure to leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition may result in the loss of security deposit. When a rental is for longer than one week, cleaning of the house during rental must be requested from the on-site manager and a fee may apply.
