Grange Apartment, Ground Floor, Blackrock, Co. Dublin, a newly refurbished ground floor apartment located in Blackrock/Stillorgan area. There are two good sized double rooms one of which is en-suite. There is a large open plan living/dining area with fully equipped modern kitchen.
The kitchen is fully equipped for your stay, there is a dining table with four chairs and a comfortable seating area to relax and unwind.
Each bedroom has a double bed with the master bedroom also offering an en-suite shower room.
All bedding and bed linen is provided.

Location
The Grange is ideally located just a short drive from Dublin City Centre, off the N11 route.
The area is serviced by numerous bus routes, including the 84, 75 and 46A-46E routes and benefits in terms of travel time from the Quality Bus Corridor (QBC).

The Sandyford Luas stop is within walking distance.
The Grange benefits from the Stillorgan Road and Brewery Road Cycle Way, which passes alongside the development.

Security Deposit
On receipt of final payment, you will be given an email address to contact up to 4 days before your arrival we will need to process the pre-authorisation on your credit card to cover the security deposit of €150. There is no charge on the card, just an authorisation, to cover any potential damages.
This is not a charge but a hold on the card to cover any potential damage. Please note that we are unable to release keys without a deposit.

It is expected that the homes be left in a clean & tidy condition on departing.
All rubbish should be gathered and stored in suitable plastic bags.
