Galway City & Eyre Square
Located in the heart of Galway, Eyre Square Centre is one of Irelands most modern and yet historic shopping centre. The centre is Galway City's liveliest and attractive meeting place incorporating over 60 national and international shopping outlets.
Galway's famous Spanish Arch is located on the left bank of the Corrib, where Galway's river meets the sea.
Located on Nun's Island, on the west bank of the River Corrib near Salmon Weir Bridge, Galway Cathedral is one of the largest and most dominating buildings in Galway. The Salmon Weir Bridge is a big tourist attraction and many gather to watch the salmon make their way up the Corrib river to spawn during the summer months.

It’s impossible to beat Salthill’s location on the northern inner shore of Galway Bay, the Aran Islands are visible to the right and Galway City to the left. Directly across Galway Bay is the Burren in Co.Clare and to the west are the bogs and mountains of Connemara. On a clear day you feel as though you could reach out and touch the Clare hills though there are also many days when you can’t see them at all.

Perks Funfair
This outdoor funfair is open from Easter onwards and is in full swing during July and August. The Leisureland Funworld theme park has a poolside restaurant at reasonable prices. Connemara National Park
In the West of Ireland in County Galway, you will find the breath-taking Connemara National Park which covers some 2,957 hectares of scenic mountains, bogs, heaths, grasslands and woodlands. A number of walking trails beginning at the Visitor Centre offer walkers a variety of scenic routes and nature trails through the park. The park is also home to Connemara ponies, red deer and an enormous variety of birdlife, including skylarks, stonechats and peregrine falcons.

Spiddal, is a small seaside village located just 12 miles West of Galway City. An Spidéal is a scenic friendly town where the people speak both Irish and English. Spiddal is probably best known for Colaiste Chonnacht to which students come from all over Ireland and the world to learn the Irish language, culture and traditions. The signposts are all in the Irish language and you will hear it spoken in the shops, pubs and restaurants. Spiddal has two beaches on Galway Bay; one is by the roadside east of the village, the other is sheltered behind the pier and is reached by means of a narrow road west of the village.
