Costa Blanca

The Costa Blanca has the best all year round temperatures. The climate is recognised as one of the best in the world by the World Health Organisation. Our holiday lettings and apartments in Spain put you close to miles of beaches, world-class theme parks and lively cities. Holidaymakers have been flocking to the Costa Blanca for decades now. With a four-mile stretch of white sand, it delivers a beach break with a twist. What’s more, the place is home to family-friendly attractions like the Terra Mitica and Aqualandia theme parks.

Its collection of bars and discos put on everything from foam parties to international DJ sets. Another one of the Costa Blanca’s big players is Alicante. With its hilltop castle and chic boutiques, it still feels deeply Spanish. Valencia is also within easy reach of the Costa Blanca Away from the coast, there’s another side of Spain to explore. Head into the rocky hills and orange-growing valleys to discover the mountaintop town of Guadalest, the palm-grove village of Elche, and the beautiful Algar waterfalls. Torrevieja serve up classic holiday, with the private little golden coves, on-the-beach restaurants and its lively shopping scene. Playa Flamenca is a small beach resort just south of Punta Prima and north of La Zenia on the southern Orihuela Costa Blanca.

Wondering what to bring?

One of the large developments in Playa Flamenca is the La Florida urbanisation. La Zenia with its open air shopping center, Zenia Boulevard is the largest shopping centre located within walking distance to the beach, restaurants and something for all the family.This is one of Europe’s larges open air shopping centers. Cabo Roig can be found 10 kilometres to the south of Torrevieja, on the southern Costa Blanca in eastern Spain. Less than one hour’s drive from Alicante Airport and around 30 minutes drive from Murcia San Javier Airport.

The delightful town of old Cabo Roig has broad avenues lined with palms and landscaped gardens with views of the Mediterranean to the La Manga peninsula and the Mar Menor providing a picturesque setting alongside the lovely beaches.

Cabo Roig is an excellent location for golfers, being close to many fine championship courses, including the three Villamartin courses. The world famous La Manga golf complex is also within easy reach.

Beaches
There are many fine blue flag beaches close by. The beach next to Cabo Roig marina is very popular, with excellent viewsThe Costa Blanca delivers it all, Miles of beaches, world- class theme parks and lively cities. The Costa Blanca has something for everyone from tiny rural inland villages to cosmopolitan tourist resorts.

Eating in Clare

Knox’s Pub: Knox’s Pub is located on Abbey Street and has been opened since 1864 and is the Oldest Pub in Ennis. The pub offers lunch and evening meals daily.

Durty Nelly’s: A pub, restaurant and music venue situated next to the famous Bunratty Castle in the heart of Bunratty.

Things to do in Clare

Cliffs of Moher: This world famous tourist attraction is located at the South west edge of the Burren region in Co. Clare close to Shannon Airport, counties Limerick and Galway are close by. The cliffs run for about 15 km.

The Burren National Park: The Burren is National ~Park is located to the North West of County Clare; the park is open all year around and is free to access.

Kilkee Cliff Walk: We would highly recommend you take the Kilkee Cliff Walk, the views are simply breath taking, the walk begins at the Diamond Rocks Café to the West end of Kilkee, just after the Pollock holes.

Bunratty Castle: Bunratty Castle & Folk Park has been delighting visitors both domestically and internationally for many years. This is a real opportunity to experience ancient Ireland and explore the 15th century Bunratty Castle and the 19th century Bunratty Folk Park

Loop Head: The award winning Loop head peninsula in County Clare on the Wild Atlantic Way really does have something for every to enjoy from walking, cycling, dolphin watching to relaxation. The towns of Kilkee, Carrigaholt, Kilbaha and Riverside are just some of the villages you will travel through when exploring the spectacular scenery on Loop Head.
