Making a Booking with Relax Ireland

Relax Ireland are self-catering holiday brokers with a call centre based in the South East of Ireland.  Bookings can be made directly through our call centre or online through our website www.relaxirelandcom

Our Sales team are highly experienced and knowledgeable within Irish Tourism destinations and self-catering holiday accommodations.

A non-refundable booking deposit will secure your self catering holiday.  The balance of your hoilday payment is paid to Relax Ireland 6 weeks before your arrival date. For bookings arriving within 6 weeks of your arrival date, the full payment of the booking will be requested.

Relax Ireland will email the confirmation booking directly to you giving details of the property booked.

 When do I have to pay the final balance?

For bookings made outside the 6 weeks arrival date.  The final balance of payment is due 42 days (6 weeks) before your arrival date, dont worry we will send you a reminder to pay the balance due 49 days before arrival. You can make payment online or through the Call centre at anytime prior to the 42 days.  Only the amount due at the 42 days will debit from your credit card.

How can I pay my booking deposit?

Relax Ireland can accept your payment by visa card, MasterCard, Laser card, paypal or postal order 

Is the booking deposit refundable?

No, the booking deposit is a non-refundable, however in the case of extreme emergencies we will look at each case individually

Is there a booking Fee?

Yes, for all booking made a fee of €25 will be applicable to each booking

 Is there a minimum age for making a booking?

You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking or enquiry with us by telephone or on our website.  The person making the booking will become the main contact person for relax Ireland and the home owner and must travel on the holiday.

When and how will I receive notification of my booking confirmation?

You will receive a confirmation email from relax Ireland within 48 hours of making the booking.  Details below will be included on our booking confirmation

  • Self-catering accommodation booked
  • Date of arrival
  • Departure date
  • No. of people travelling
  • Special requirements
  • Full price of your holiday
  • Booking deposit paid to Relax Ireland
  • Confirmation of the €6 booking fee
  • Final Balance due and the date the balance is due
  • Terms and conditions

What happens if I need to cancel or change dates?

Cancellation policy

The booking deposit is a non-refundable payment.  The Booking Fee of €25 per booking is non-refundable.

Relax Ireland Holidays are very pleased to partner with Booking Protect to help protect you and your family in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
Your holiday reservation becomes non refundable 6 weeks (42 days)  prior to arrival.  We therefore recommend that you include refund protection with your reservation.
This will protect you in the event of having to cancel because of an accident, unexpected illness, or travel disruption, along with other unforeseen, unavoidable circumstances.
A full list of what this is covered along with full terms and conditions will be emailed to you and you would have a 14 day cooling off period should you change your mind.

All cancellation requests will need to be made by email to maura@relaxireland.com A cancellation email will be sent to you via email by Relax Ireland to confirm your cancellation.  Please note if you do not receive a cancellation email from us it is possible we have not received your cancellation email.  In this event please contact us on 00 353 53 91 75481 quoting your booking reference number.
